Colombian Machine Makes Functional Water

In Colombia, Tatiana León and Best Planet Company developed Vik-Sha, a machine that produces functional water without extracting it from springs. The machine combines filtration, cavitation, mineralization, magnetization, and electrolysis to replicate the molecular characteristics of natural spring water. It aims to stabilize molecular hydrogen within the water for up to a year.

The system first filters impurities, then uses vortexes to alter the water’s physical behavior. Next, six essential minerals are added, followed by magnetization to improve nutrient absorption.

Electrolysis generates up to 5 ppm of active molecular hydrogen. Best Planet Company claims the resulting water has 95% biodisponibility.

The company currently sells the water, branded as Ügua, in Jumbo stores. While the technology could reduce pressure on water reserves and lower production costs by roughly 70%, scaling production and gaining wider market acceptance remain challenges. The work to validate and expand this technology continues.
