Peru’s ONP Begins Home Pension Delivery to Over 10,000

Peru’s Office of Pension Normalization (ONP) started a free home pension delivery service on Monday, July 13, benefiting 10,600 pensioners. The ONP will visit pensioners in Lima and Callao through July 25, following a schedule organized by zone.

The service aims to provide a safe and convenient way for pensioners to receive their benefits without leaving home. The initial rollout focuses on specific districts within Lima Sur, Lima Norte, and Lima Centro, with a second visit scheduled for July 21 to 25 for those not initially reached.

Pensioners can request the service for free through ONP Virtual. Requests submitted between July 11 and August 7 will be processed starting in September, with new beneficiaries receiving payments at that time. Those needing assistance can contact ONP Te escucha at (01) 634 2222, option 1.
