Corvinus University Invests in Digital Future

Corvinus University in Budapest completed a HUF 1.5 billion digital development project on June 30, 2026. The four-year program focused on upgrading the university’s IT infrastructure and modernizing educational practices. The university created six new hybrid classrooms and purchased 300 monitors and 290 laptops for staff, alongside network and server upgrades.

Nearly 170 contracts supported training for around 100 lecturers, and courses in artificial intelligence, data science, and sustainability were updated. Corvinus also integrated sustainability considerations into its practices through workshops and learning materials.
University leaders believe these developments will strengthen digital teaching capabilities and prepare students for the future job market. The project received funding through the RRF-2.1.2-21-2022-00034 initiative and aims to position Corvinus as a leader in modern higher education in Hungary.
