Greece Sets Deadline for Tourism Program Appeals

The Greek Public Employment Agency (DYPA) is currently processing appeals for its 2026 Social Tourism program, giving applicants limited time to correct errors in their preliminary scores. The online platform for submitting these appeals closes Monday evening, May 18, 2026. DYPA plans to review the appeals and release final results within the following week, allowing voucher redemption to begin promptly.

This year’s program received a record 816,000 applications, briefly overwhelming DYPA’s website with roughly one million visits immediately after the preliminary lists published Friday afternoon. The agency created a separate website solely for the social tourism results to ease the load.

DYPA identified and automatically rejected around 11,000 applications from individuals reporting annual incomes exceeding 80,000 euros, urging them not to appeal. The agency continues to work through the volume of appeals received and aims for efficient processing.
