McCullagh initially joined the search for Natalie and even created a video montage of her. He secretly gathered information from the grieving family and recorded their conversations. Police built their case using 3,000 hours of CCTV footage.
Investigators discovered McCullagh’s alibi—a six-hour video game live stream—was pre-recorded. The McNally family welcomed the conviction after a three-year pursuit of justice. They described Natalie as a cherished daughter, sister, and future mother.
