DeepMind CEO Compares AGI’s Potential to Fire and Electricity

Demis Hassabis, CEO of Google DeepMind, stated that artificial general intelligence (AGI) is likely just a few years away and will be a transformative technology comparable to the discoveries of electricity and fire.
